In which test accurately we come to know corona virus? Rtpcr test is good to find? few of them telling in rtpcr it may show wrong also like that. Is it true? Then how to find out from results?

RT PCR but you can rely on Rapid Antigen Test as well.

Even though rtpcr may sometimes be false negative but it's still the gold standard to diagnose Covid 19 infection.
