Hi Yes it can spread through phone if phone came in contact with virus and has not been cleaned If you have cough and cold follow safety precautions , take rest and take medications for it

Through phone it cannot spread.Actually if u started developing cough and it's continuous in nature that could be mild symptoms better get it checked if u start developing fever and body aches.As of now get yourself isolated from other people keep me updated
