My brother had encephalitis and viral meningitis when he was 8 yrs old. He had learning disabilities as a after effect, but was otherwise healthy. Fast forward 35 years later and he has unexplainable symptoms of: Pain (back), fatigue, sleep, memory, balance, nausea and weight loss (110lbs) My question to you is what kind of Dr. treats the after effects of encephalitis and viral meningitis?
