Whar are the medicines to treat viral fever? Is dolo 650 enough? Or should I take any antibiotics as well?

No antibiotics. Antibiotics are against bacteria. Viral fever do not need any specific treatment. They need only supportive treatment. Dolo 650 mg for fever /body pain And tab pantop dsr once a day in morning for acidity for 5 to 7 days is enough. Take rest now to recover faster. If you don't, the recovery will be slower. Take high protein diet ( chicken soup) or veg ( vegetable soup) till appetite recovers.

If fever more than 100 , then only take medicin .. mostly viral fever subside in 4/5 days ! If any other symptoms occur then Cousilation needed ..
