Started given meftal P 7ml + cold water sponging on forehead, But still fever is not coming down. Any suggestion.

have u check temp with thermameter?  how much temp recorded?   antipyretic will work if fever is > 100  . fever since last night most Likly viral fever.... better to give plain Cronin and do temp charting.. maintain hydration... nd good hygine
