I am 18 weeks pregnant, and I feel phone like vibrations in my lower abdomen sometimes. Like few knocks at constant frequency. Is it possible that what am feeling is baby movements?

You don't start feeling foetal movement at 18 weeks of pregnancy. Please get a sonography done to see if the ultrasound machine can also pick up the same vibrations . If it can't then you should forget it.
