Hi, my friend is getting neck pain from a week and she is facing vibration sensation in buttock. Is it because of neck nerves or spine? What is the remedy?

Plz visit some near by facility for proper assessmemt and needful guidance. It could be muscle twitches out of fatigue. Unless other wise ruled out. If found any systemic involvement your physio should refer you to a neuro physician or MD medicine depending on your presentation.
