Very very dark underarms and neck

My son had a very very dark underarms and neck. I don't know from when. It went unnoticed as he used to wear collared shirt and as he was very prone to cold he used to wear half sleeve shirt and never sleeveless. Recent I saw and was shocked as no one in my family or my husband's side has this. Now he feels embarrassed with this problem. Please help me to solve his issue. Thanks

Hi..he definitely has acanthosis nigricans. This is difficult condition to treat. Weight reduction works very well in reducing darkness. In the meantime, apply Grazia UP cream twice daily to the dark underarms. To discuss more treatments, you can connect with me via juvenis.in.
