3weeks before I had an medical abortion.1week bleeding was there then I became normal. I didn't have any issues like pain,Bleeding. Etc. Now am feeling very tired and dizziness feeling sleepy most of the time. Is it related to that or what will be the problem

Following an abortion bleed, Anemia is very common in women. You must do an cbc to Know your hemoglobin level. If it is low then consult a gynecologist. Do you have any fever?
