Very Small bumps in vaginal lips

From last three months there are a few small sized bumps appearing on my vaginal lips and around. I am confused as to what could it be. Some times it itches. I consulted a doctor where she gave me vaginal wash and candid cream to apply. She also gave me 1 pill from her clinic saying it should b taken once in 6 month. But the problem continues
