Very light pin like pain on left chest

I have a slight very light kind of pain on my left side chest I feel it when I bent myslelf or taking a long breath. Please tell me doctor I am 25 years of age.

Dnt be stressed....as ur age in concern and also per ur complaints it is mereley an muscular pain...i want to tell u that in these muscular pain condition main treatment is to take a rest or least movement of that part and after taking pain killer u get symptomatic relief and u make more movement of that typ and that worse ur condition more...no need to do any test for these first go for these Ayurveda medicine and see the result...

As u said ur pain is more on movement and taking breaths. Pain seems to be muscular in nature.

Avoid lifting heavy weights till pain subsides. Get done CBC, ESR, Vitamin B12 Vitamin D3 TSH reports if ur pain persists. If u run fever then u need to get done chest x Ray also.

It could be a muscular spasm due to an injury or jerky movement. Take Tab Myoril 4 mgs 2 times a day for 5 days
