Very greasy feeling on chin

For almost 2 years I have had this intense greasy feeling on my chin. It doesn't necessarily look oily, but it feels like I have vaseline smeared on my chin. If I use an oil absorbing sheet on my chin, nothing really comes off. It doesn't matter how often I wash my face, and I've tried all sorts of moisturizers and changed my routines, it never goes away. When I get pimples, they are on my chin, and they are deep and take a long time to heal.
