Very dry and flaky hand skin

My both hands get very dry and flaky all the time and i feel some burning also. I use soaps and detergents for house hold works very oftenly. Whenever i bath or do cleaning work my hand's skin are getting wrinkled also. I have facing this problem from few months now. How can i get rid of? Please suggest.
