From yesterday I have upper palate pain with burning and this burning feeling is there inside my throat. When I checked my temperature I have 99.2.  I have little headache and light backache.  I have taken covishield vaccine first dose on April 2, 2021.  I have thyroid issue and I take100 mcg of elthroxin.  It would be grateful if you help me in this.
