Vertigo problem with fall

I am facing vertigo problem and fall down 6 times till now..MRI has been done and nothing has been found..
Vertigo requires an extensive evaluation. Only an MRI Is not sufficient. Your history is also not sufficient. More details are required. There are many causes according to which you need to be treated.
