Vertigo problem

Having pain at the bottom of feet and feel unstable while standing with eyes closed. Right nostril always blocked. ENT was consulted but didnt improved. Sugar and BP are normal

You might be having early symptoms of sensory ataxia which can have multiple causes from most benign ones to more complicated ones. You need to consult a Neurologist for the same.
