I'm 5.5 months pregnant. I'm facing extreme dizziness (vertigo) when I'm turning my head left/right while lying down. I was prescribed stemetil MD for this issue but still no relief yet. Please tell me why is this happening and will it to away on it's own? I'm worried as I'm feeling very weak and stressed due to this
