He's having fracture in L1 spine, physiotherapy has no improvement. doctor has suggested vertebroplasty..How much successful is vertebroplasty?? How much it cost ?

How old is the fracture, Traumatic or pathological any diagnosis done? Yes if pain persistant after 2 wk of injury Vertebroplasty can be done Reduces pain,stabilizes spine immediately. Risk from cement migration anteriorly into spinal canal. Occurs if done in burst type of fracture mri/ct to be done before procedure.
