Can a female with very low amh can increase her amh level in natural way or through tablets without going to embryo transplantation or to IVF??

Low AMH means your fertility potential is low but never zero. That means some women with low AMH can conceive natural ly, although the number is small. There are many drugs to improve AMH but the role is doubt ful. Moreover we have to check other fertility parameters like AFC, FSH, LH etc to give final comment on low AMH. The best therapy is of course ovum donation and IVF

No. Usually AMH levels denote fertility potential....its not an absolute finding.
The report merely talks about the levels os a substance in blood.
As far as any treatment csn coax an ovum in your body you can get pregnant
But having said that those with low AMH also have chance of ovulating as most drugs that are purported to act on low amh are NOT full proof
In such a scenario being with an IVF center and doing ICSI are best options you can have rather than just bank on medicines to give ovulation
