Depending on the present dose, a slow dose titration, or reduction of dose to last tolerable dose followed by slow upward titration or change of molecule may be considered based on symptom profile. Also history of symptoms prior onset of medication are important to note preexisting component of any somatic complaint.
Next Steps
Consult psychiatrist for modification in treatment.
Health Tips
Some side effects are dose dependent and may wane off with regular dosing.

You need to start with low dose of Venlafaxine like 37.5 Venlafaxine can have these side effects but they will go away after the first few weeks of treatment
