Vein pull in back of neck

Vein pull happened in back side of neck while bending down for daily chores. Not able to turn head towards right side now. Can feel a nerve getting pulled.

Hello There. I can understand your concern. its neither a nerve nor a vein. its a muscle pull/spasm. as of now, you can take a muscle relaxant pain killer like tab. zerodol-th8 once or twice a day after food as per your pain severity. in 3 day, it will subside. after that, you need to do neck muscle strengthening exercises daily.
