My friend diagnosed with VDRL in titre: 1:2 positive, 1:4 positive mild.what it means? She has pimples on her whole body.is this a transmitted disease with sex?

Hello.. Well we need detailed history about it if there was any unprotected sexual contact and of there is any suspect .secondly whole body pimples doesn't correlate...we need to examine her...even the titres may be false positive...all the reports will hold good only when correlated and for that I need detailed history...thank you
