My mother in law has sever joint pain, she has vata parakruti, cab you please suggest immediate remedy and also long term remedy, thanks

Hello, it's good to know that you understand about her Prakruti and her pain which is due to the aggravation of Vata. For immediate relaxation you can apply Myostaal liniment on the joints and ask her to stay warm. In diet, ask her to avoid Vata aggravating foods like potatoes, pulses and grams.

Thanks for trusting n expecting Assertive Health n progressive fittness with Holistic Ayurveda Approach. Though its common in monsoon to suffer from vataj issue but as her vataj prikriti n her age n vataj disorder n vata vitiation due to monsoon clubbed togetherly to land her at crises. There are gd drugs n Therapies too but surely after in person Examination n evaluation till then 20ml Ashwagandharishtham prior food for 7days will sooth her and apply drops of camper mixed warm kalungi/black cumin/almond oil on joints by clockwise circular motion
