I suspect varicoceles in my lest testis as I can feel like bag of worm above my left testis. What should I do now for proper diagnosis and treatment? Like which doctor to visit ( or go to some radiologist for scrotum USG)?

You seem learned, thats a good thing. Get USG scrotum doppler venous, semen analysis and USG whole abdomen. Then meet a urologist to figure out if you need surgery at all.
