Hi sir/madam I had open varicocele surgery in April month. I still feel some pain and sometime swelling also if I sit for some long time or if I travel. Some time without doing any physical activity also I get pain and swelling. Has varicocele again came back for me? What should I do? Should I do some exercise? Please help me.
