Varicocele or hernia??

Hello sir...i am afraiding if i am suffering from varicocele or hernia. However searching videos related to varicocele on youtube i found my problem seems to be same. There is mild discomfort in left testicle also there is feeling of pain on the lower left of abdomen. What should i do i am so worried??

U really need a examination by a surgeon for confirmation of disease. Another way is Ultrasonography. There is nothing to worry about but dont ignore otherwise u may land into trouble.
