I have had varicocele since a long period of time recently the testicle on right become enlarged although it doesn't cause pain only while touching it pains . Consulted doctors and allopathy doctors they say it is due to varicocele , ayurvedic says it could be a injury or because of varicocele .Sexologist also say because of varicocele . Need to know what I can do to relax it when it causes heat and discomfort .Also started doing exercises at home but no heavy exercise . Please yell your opinion as well .
