Hello , I have varicocele from many years and sometimes i thought of getting it corrected and came to know about complications of it as well I do not have pain , neither any discomfort but it occurs only if i do some intensse workout which i stopped and started doing light workout . my main issue is reduce fertility as i do not feel much aroused which i used to be before varicocele i do get nightfall also one or twice in a week only reduced fertility and mind disturbances bothers me i sometime feel underconfident speaking with someone . please check my report and tell based on the report.
