I m having grade 1 varicocele problem, few doctors suggested me surgery is not required, but my testicles getting shrinkage, penis size also reducing n erectile dyzfunctioning also happening n having d pain below left testicle, day by day I m not interested to any work because I think my testosterone is getting low so plz suggest me, shall I go for laproscopic or microsurgical or emobilzation I want my active life ...plz .. suggest me best solution for grade 1 varicocele for left testicle. .

Grade one varicocele does not required surgery, nither it affects once sexual performance. Just wear scrotal support during day time.
