I m Suffering  from pain,itching, red spots ,inflammation ,from 2 to 4 days since my periods started in and out side of vagina

This is infection of lower genital tract . Meet the doctor and get some medicine otherwise after  each episode of itching swelling will increase and more pain you will feel.
