I have itching in my inner lip of vagina and white discharge is comes..it got swelling also. That discharge causes irritation in the affected area.

It may be fungal infection. Do your blood sugar level test. Consult gynecologist. Get local examination done. Apply candid lotion. You can use lactacyd or intiwash or v wash. Keep hygiene. Your partner will also need treatment if you have physical relations.
