This is a sign of PID with vaginitis. Do you also have itching. I would suggest you to start with treatment immediately. Antibiotics and anti anaerobs. Also you should wash and clean the area properly. Delay in periods have multiple reasons. PCOD & Thyroid being one of them. Get an ultrasound abdomen done. Get a gyenacologist consultation.
