Got a transvaginal ultrasound done it showed ET -8.6mm what does  this abbreviation means? Doctor is on leave so I want to know about this report

According to this report the size of the follicle is 23mm so within the next few days there will be rupture and egg will be released However there is a endometrial polyp which ideally requires removal as chances of miscarriage are high with polyp
