Vaginal thrush after Fosinta

I recently went to a gyno for yellowish discharge. She did a PAP and gave Fosinta at a gap of 5 days. Vaginal probiotics for 8 days. And Fentispor at the end of treatment. I finished on 19th June, and yellowish discharge had gone. However today I noticed vaginal thrush. Please advice. No itching. No smell.
