I have a foul smelling vagina and sometimes a yellowish or a white discharge and I am sexually active.

U might b having vaginitis/ cervicitis .which need to b treated timely.consult gud gyno . Meanwhile u can take FAS3 kit n use intiwash/ vwash for perineal hygiene
