I had sex with a guy and the day after my vagina has been really itchy and uncomfortable and i've been getting smelly, yellow discharge i don't know what this is and i don't know if this is a yeast infection cos i haven't had a 'burning sensation' which is one of the symptoms. can you please help me know what this is and how i can treat and get rid of it fast ? thank you
