My niece is 3 year old.i just noticed that her vaginal is closed with skin.is this a serious problem? Will it open on its own while attaining puberty?

No it won't open on its own. Please visit a pediatric surgeon. Check up and sonography may be needed to evaluate and come to a diagnosis. It may or may not be a serious problem
