Vaginal itching.

Have itching in vagina not regularly bt sometimes. Use v wash daily to clean it. But somehow after a day or two itching starts again and it is so bad that feel like scratching again and again. May be some kind of infection i guess because i work and use public toilet at work. Moreover no sexual activity is active. Please advise.
