My girlfriend is having unusual discharge from last 2 weeks. At first she thought it was just a discharge before and after periods. But now it is getting worse. She has a curdy discharge but no smell and sometime watery discharge too which has a weird smell. She also has burning and itching. Also burning while urination. She had throat pain cold and fever last week for which she took paracetamol Azithromycin and dextromethorphan syrup. What it could be
