I've recently been very sexually active, and have taken an emergency contraceptive pill for the first time. One day after taking the pill, the vagina opening and vulva walls have started itching too much, especially at night. There is also thick white cottage cheese like clumpy discharge. I think it's an yeast infection. Please recommend an over the counter medicine.
