Well all the symptoms are related to pcod only dear..first think start doing exercises.. You need to exercise regularly.. You need to lose your weight.. Include more of vegetables and fibre in your diet..avoid junk and oily food .its better you consult a gynaecologist and take an opinion.. You may also need to be started on ocps to regularise your periods
