My vaginal discharge has become brown (like dry blood) in colour for the past one week after I had unprotected sex with my husband. The discharge has a different odour.I don't feel nauseatic or get cramps

Hi brown discharge with smell indicates infection. So get it examined by your Doctor and get treated.
