My friend has this whitish vaginal discharge in soo much quantity. I don't know what to do. Please Help

Normal white vaginal discharge is normal, it's a cleansing process of the uterus. If u have discharge with foul smell or colour change, itching etc indicates infection then you need to take treatment for that otherwise nothing to worry.
