I've been having vaginal Discharge for the past 2 months. It doesn't smell much and is light yellow in color. I don't experience any pain or discomfort while passing urine.

Yellow discharge is a feature of Trichomoniasis infection. U can take tab metronidazol (antibiotic)400 mg twice a day for 7 days. Before starting antibiotic get a test done - high vaginal swab culture/sensitivity.
