Hi, I have been facing the following issues - vaginal discharge - doesn't feel dry - urinary incontinence - itchiness - sometimes observe white thread like particles in urine - after urination bladder doesn't feel empty - too much urination sometimes with minimal water intake also It doesn't feel dry i don't really understand if it's urine leakage along with discharge Don't have any typical symptoms of urine infection Kindly advice. I am not married nor do I have any underlying medical issues.
