Vaginal discharge and hotness

I've been experiencing discharge for over 2 weeks now and a burning sensation in the vagina for almost a week. The discharge color is a whitish-yellow, lumpy, and smells very badly. I also do experience pain upon penetration during sexual intercourse with my partner. Pls help.
