My girlfriend is 23 years old with normal physique. Her vagina seems quite deformed as inner organs like libia majora and minora have come out of vaginal opening. What can be the cause of such damage? Is it due to vigorous intercourse or due to any kind of penetration during masturbation? Or some other reason?
