I'm having this vaginal cyst and it's painful causing discomfort while walking and sitting. This is not the first time. It keeps on occuring after sometimes and I don't know the reason behind it. I'm a virgin so I don't think it's due to STDs.

Might be an infected bartholins. Needs assessed and if necessary be removed
