Hi. it look ilke a pustule . try to do sit's bath ( put some warm water in tub and 4to 5 ml of betadine solution or detol and sit in thatvfor 10 to 15 min) it helps to reduce the pain and pus will drain out..

if pain is more you can use tablet Lyser D 1-0-1 for 3 days
