Am 5 weeks and 6 days pregnant suddenly today I had spotted some bleeding in urine but there is no pain in abdomen region two time it came and then now it's normal. Should I worry. Took pregnancy test using kit, came back positive.

Hi, sometime spotting will be there during early pregnancy.No need to worry.Get the scan done for the fetal cardiac activity.U may need some progesterone hormone tablets to prevent abortion and needs some rest.Meet the Gynecologist.
